What are the risks of this type of investment?

Like any investment, there is risk. The main risk is that the property, after renovation, may not be sold within the expected timeframe. Still, it is worth noting that in our entire history, 100% of the renovated properties have been sold.

What happens if the property is not sold?

If the property is not sold after renovation, it remains owned by the partnership formed by the investors. In this case, the investors themselves may decide when and how to sell it, including appointing local realtors. Kabanna continues to provide support until the sale is completed.

Can I exit the investment before the end of the project?

Yes, as long as you transfer your stake in the project to another person. This transfer can be done directly between the interested parties, with Kabanna’s support for updating the contractual and corporate documents.

Does Kabanna have a license to operate in the United States?

For the renovation activity itself, a specific license is not required. However, all Kabanna projects are previously approved by the local municipalities and strictly follow the building codes and regulations of each jurisdiction where we operate.
